TRANSFORMATIVE
CREATIVITY COACHING
Intimate 1:1 support using creativity as a tool for healing and self-care.
It’s 3am
You’re lying in bed and can’t fall asleep.
• You keep replaying the day in your head.
• Thinking about your endless to-do list for tomorrow
• Worrying about that big decision you need to make
• Feeling bad about that thing that happened a long time ago that still haunts you
From day-to-day stress to challenging life transitions, to unresolved trauma, life can make us feel anxious, fragmented, and sometimes like we’re falling apart.
What if creativity could be the missing piece you didn’t know you needed to feel whole?
Making art is a…
STRESS-BUSTER
Nervous system regulator
Joy generator
At a loss for words?
What if making art could express the things you’ve been unable to express, so you no longer have to carry them around?
I believe art-making is one of the most powerful healing and transformation tools out there.
And best of all, you don’t have to…
• set aside hours every day
• dredge up your darkest experiences
• have a dedicated studio space
What if scribbling, doodling, and slinging paint could calm your nervous system and alleviate stress and overwhelm?
Good news! It can! And I’ll be right by your side to show you how and to support you through these 1:1 coaching sessions!
Our 1:1 sessions can be playful, deep and everything in between.
It’s not about making pretty art, it’s about tapping more deeply into your inner compass.
But rest assured, you will walk away with many techniques that will bolster your confidence in making art YOUR way.
Our focus is on your inner work:
- personal healing and awareness
- inviting more creativity into your life
- developing a self-care practice you can turn to in daily life when life gets overwhelming

How 1:1 coaching works
Sessions are 60-90 minutes and can take place
either in my studio or via Zoom.

In-Person Sessions
Meet me in my beautiful studio in Marin County.
All supplies are included so you don’t have to worry about what to buy or cleaning up!
Coffee, tea, water and good vibes will be provided!

Zoom Sessions
Live outside of the San Fransico Bay area or prefer to work from home?
Zoom sessions will be perfect for you.
I’ll give you a simple and affordable supplies list and you’ll get a copy of our session recordings.
What to expect from a first session:
Every session is tailored to your needs and often takes on a life of its own as I get to know you! But here is a loose guide!
We usually start with checking in with where you are emotionally and what your needs/goals are. I then tune in and decide how our session should start.
There will be warm-up exercises designed for loosening up and letting go. So even if you’re a complete beginner to art, don’t worry! Making a mess on the page is all part of the magic of the process.
We may do exercises:
• to promote playfulness
• to familiarise yourself with the tools and materials
• to connect more deeply with yourself
• involving stream of consciousness writing
• on paper or you may want to bring your own canvas to go bigger
• where I guide you or where you guide yourself
Why Trust Me?
I have taught transformational creativity workshops for the last 17 years.
I have supported numerous students and 1:1 clients to heal and grow through art.
With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, I bring expertise in creating compassionate, trauma-informed spaces for healing and self-discovery.
My lived experience with healing my own trauma through art means I practice what I preach and can empathize deeply.
